Training & Education Director, Community DevelopmentCarolyn has always had a passion for connecting with and engaging others in learning. She began her career as a 4th-grade teacher and quickly realized her love for teaching was fueled by an interest in adult learning. She moved on to spend 10 years building training programs at Tiffany & Co., followed by another 10 years helping her husband open and run his own dental practice. This is where she uncovered a love for patient care, education, and advocacy. Carolyn lives in Connecticut with her husband, 16 and 12 year old sons, golden retriever and cat. She can typically be found cooking, gardening, spinning on her Peloton, dreaming of going to concerts, and generally trying to make everything just a little more fun!
